The Jammu and Kashmir Veterinary Doctors Association (JKVDA) recognizes the importance of holding general body meetings to promote communication and collaboration among its members. These meetings provide a platform for members to discuss important issues related to animal health and welfare, share ideas and experiences, and provide feedback on the association’s activities. Prior to the meeting, an agenda is prepared, and members are invited to submit any additional items for discussion. During the meeting, members have the opportunity to raise any concerns or questions they may have and to participate in decision-making processes related to the association’s goals and objectives. By conducting regular general body meetings, the JKVDA aims to foster a sense of community and shared purpose among its members, ultimately strengthening the association’s ability to promote the health and well-being of animals.
